Welcome to mso303, Indonesia's premier online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mso303 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the mso303 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
mso303 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of mso303 services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to these Terms or any future amendments, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. mso303 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online betting in your location.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
By registering an Account on the mso303 Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Platform and must refrain from creating an Account or placing any Bets.
Registration and use of the Platform constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this Agreement under applicable electronic transaction laws. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and mso303. No oral or written agreements, representations, or warranties outside of this written Agreement shall be binding unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of mso303.
To register for and use the mso303 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
mso303 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued ID card (KTP in Indonesia), passport, driver's license, or utility bill showing your current residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
To access betting services on the mso303 Platform, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and bank account details for deposits and withdrawals. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify mso303 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected].
As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and fraud prevention, mso303 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a government-issued ID or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a photo of your bank card or e-wallet screenshot). mso303 reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account functionality — including deposits, betting, and withdrawals — until verification is successfully completed. All submitted documents are securely stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
mso303 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours for manual verification.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and may result in deposit refusal, Account suspension, and forfeiture of funds. mso303 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business hours during WIB business hours. VIP members receive priority processing. Withdrawals are disbursed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent successful deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by mso303 support staff.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. mso303 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal restrictions if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawal requests may be declined if you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, unless you forfeit the bonus.
All transactions on the mso303 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). If you deposit from a non-Rupiah account, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their prevailing exchange rate, and currency conversion fees may apply.
mso303 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms are published on the promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total Bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, coordinating with other players, using betting systems designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets — will result in bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and potential legal action. mso303 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if abuse is suspected.
Only one active bonus per Account at any given time. You may not combine multiple bonuses. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards. Unused bonuses expire after the stated validity period and will be removed from your Account.
All Bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your Bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming. mso303 is not responsible for user errors in Bet placement. Bets cannot be canceled or amended after confirmation, except in cases of obvious technical error or palpable mistake (such as incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction), in which case mso303 reserves the right to void the affected Bets.
All sports Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, Bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. Specific sport-by-sport rules and settlement policies are available in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
Live betting odds are updated in real-time based on the current state of play. Due to the dynamic nature of live events and potential data feed delays, mso303 reserves the right to suspend or reject live Bets if placed after a significant event (such as a goal or wicket) has occurred but before odds have been updated. All live Bets are subject to acceptance, and mso303 may refuse any Bet at its discretion.
Casino games including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), and video poker are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface. All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and random outcomes. If a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay, all affected game rounds will be voided, and stakes refunded.
mso303 offers traditional Indonesian betting markets including togel (numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting streamed live from international licensed arenas). These games have specific draw times, result verification procedures, and payout structures detailed on their respective game pages. Results are based on official third-party sources and are final and binding.
In the event of a dispute regarding Bet settlement, Account balance, or any other matter, you must contact mso303 customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. All disputes will be investigated and resolved by mso303 management in good faith. mso303's decision on all disputes is final and binding. If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting our internal dispute resolution process, you may seek mediation through an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, details of which will be provided upon request.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mso303 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action:
mso303 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious Account activity. If prohibited activity is confirmed, mso303 may close your Account, void all Bets, confiscate funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
While mso303 strives to maintain 24/7 Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (such as internet service provider outages, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events). mso303 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime or unavailability.
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. mso303 does not warrant that the Platform will be secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mso303, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mso303, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (c) your use of the Platform; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.
mso303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) engagement in prohibited activities; (c) suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (d) failure to complete KYC verification; (e) prolonged Account inactivity (more than 12 months with no login or activity); or (f) at our sole discretion if we determine that continued provision of services is no longer feasible or advisable.
Upon Account termination, all outstanding Bets will be settled, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining balance (minus any amounts owed to mso303 for breach of Terms or fraudulent activity) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees. If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, mso303 may withhold your balance pending investigation and resolution of the breach.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, the bonus will be forfeited upon Account closure. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened without the express written consent of mso303 management. If you wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for self-exclusion procedures.
Accounts with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. mso303 may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive Accounts with a positive balance, deducted directly from the Account balance. If an inactive Account balance falls to zero, the Account may be closed permanently. To reactivate an inactive Account, contact customer support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the mso303 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of mso303 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
